James is an actor and creative from North Devon currently based in London, United Kingdom. Graduating from the University for the Creative Arts in June 2023 with a BA (Hons) in Acting and Performance.

 

During his studies in Farnham, he has explored and examined several practitioners including Stanislavski, Hagen, Meisner, and Rosenburg. Furthermore, James has been trained by industry professionals such as David Brown, Dimitrios Loukakis, and Sally Rogers. James has been afforded the opportunity to study and delve into his passion for filmmaking with experiences behind and in-front of the camera. 

 

Throughout his life, he has gained vast experience and skills in various sports, specialising in cricket, football and rugby, additionally he is trained in mountaineering and navigation, achieving a bronze award in the Ten Tors Challenge in 2016. Studies preceding university included psychology, history and politics. Further training includes stage combat, radio drama, and improvisation-based performance.

Additional passions include, photography, writing, cooking, and fitness. James aspires to create art that is deeply human, passionate and resonant.
